Returns the current time in a given timezone (defaulting to the timezone specified in Special:ManageWiki/settings#mw-section-localisation, which in turn defaults to UTC)

Examples

{{current time}} -> Current time is 00:22

{{current time|UTC+1}} -> Current time for UTC+1 is 01:22

{{current time|UTC-5}} -> Current time for UTC-5 is 19:22
